Birding - Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge

South Spring Pool

Arrived at the parking lot of Montezuma National Wildlife Refuse at 9:00 AM. Entering the Auto-Drive greeted by Willow Flycatcher and a Killdeer.
There were two Juvenile Bald Eagles by the Spillway.

The highlight of the morning was viewing a Northern Harrier chasing 3 Juvenile Bald Eagles by the new pools along the Thruway.
After leaving the Auto-Drive went to the South Spring Pool, no dragonflies but a Painted Lady and a Emerald Spreadwing Damselfly.
Another great day for birding.
