Mary Poppins

This evening Joan and I attended our first play of the 2014 season, Mary Poppins. Entering the Merry-Go-Round playhouse we found ourselves in line behind George and Ann. Taking our seats we surveyed the crowd which was substantial. During the introduction a gentleman in the audience gave Ed Sayles a floral bouquet.

The highlights of this production for us were the dance numbers of Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and Step in Time. The energy level of ensemble almost brought us out of our seats.
