Million Dollar Quartet

"Million Dollar Quartet" is a recording of an impromptu jam session involving Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash made on December 4, 1956, at the Sun Record Studios in Memphis, Tennessee.

This evening Joan and I attended our fifth play of the 2016 season, Million Dollar Quartet.

The actors played their own instruments. It was a great performance by all. No intermission, but a great encore.

Of all of the talented actors on stage, the standout for us was Noel Carey’s Jerry Lee Lewis.
